When downloading your photos/albums, make sure to use a desktop or computer to download your images in high quality.
Using a tablet, iPad, phone, or other devices to download your photos may now allow you to download the images in high resolution.
Please understand your photographer is not responsible for any fuzzy/ distorted photos during downloading, low-quality downloads, fuzzy or distorted prints or publications, low-resolution uploads, etc.
